We are currently hiring Sales Officers to join our team at ALGO. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. You will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and develop leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Driven and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using sales software or CRM systems is a plus
