Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to manage daily sales activities, client communication, documentation, delivery coordination, and reporting. Key duties include preparing and tracking delivery orders and sales documents; coordinating with order processing, logistics, and warehouse teams; maintaining customer and contract records; and producing timely sales and MIS reports. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience (manufacturing, textile, or chemical industries preferred). Excellent written and verbal English and advanced MS Excel and reporting skills are required. This is a full-time, on-site position.
