Job Description

Principle Accountabilities:
- Support the distribution strategy designing and reviewing for a robust route to market strategy to drive operational and strategic route agenda with business partners for volume growth and route service
- Liaise with teams to provide post-implementation support on assigned sales projects.
- Support execution and monitoring of field training agenda to ensure regular coaching of internal and external stakeholders.
- Implementation Plans and Controls to identify and measure key performance indicators (people performance matrix, daily meetings, recognition programs, etc.)
