Job Description
Responsibilities:
Generating Sales Leads:
- Develop and execute effective strategies to identify and engage potential clients interested in Hajj & Umrah services.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking events.
- Assist in pricing and developing new customer packages.
Order Booking:
- Manage the process of converting sales leads into confirmed bookings, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
- Collaborate with the operations team for a smooth handover of client information and requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in travel or pilgrimage industry preferred.
