Job Description
Berger Paint Pakistan is seeking a Sales Representative to lead B2B field sales for paints and related chemical products. This in-person, full-time position involves building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and managing assigned territories.
- Experience: 1–2 years of field-based B2B sales in paints or chemical manufacturing (paint background strongly preferred)
- Education: up to Bachelor’s degree
- Compensation: Rs55,00–Rs65,00 per month plus incentives and standard company benefits
- Ideal candidate: responsible, results-oriented, with strong communication and territory management skills
