Job Description
Digital Cyber Nation is actively seeking a driven Cold Caller to be part of our dynamic sales team. In this results-oriented position, you will engage with potential clients, present our services, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, adhere to scripts, evaluate prospective clients, update CRM records, meet performance targets, and follow up with leads.
Qualifications: Previous cold calling experience is preferred, strong English communication skills, a confident demeanor, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently.
