Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in sales. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and drive sales through cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Ibix Global Tech and our [products/services].
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of our [products/services] to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and sales.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage but not required.
