Job Description
We are excited to announce openings for the following positions:
- Customer Support Executive
- Sales Representative
Location: PIA Road, Lahore, Pakistan
Shift Timings: 5 PM – 2 AM or 6 PM – 3 AM
Salary: Rs 40,00 – Rs 60,00 (Basic Salary) plus incentives
Responsibilities: Provide professional call handling, assist with shipments, coordinate deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with dispatch processes is preferred.
