Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails professionally and promptly.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints.
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Make outbound calls in a professional manner for high-quality customer interaction.
- Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
