Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, generating new leads, and maintaining existing relationships. The Sales Service Representative will ensure that our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and solutions to their inquiries.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
- Good written and verbal communication in English language
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
