Job Description
– Generating leads, contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and social media. Timely replies to all queries are essential.
– Handling customers’ questions, inquiries, and complaints and sharing catalogues/deals.
– Managing the sales process through specific software and maintaining CRM database. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Need daily updates.
– Creating invoices for all orders and organizing information in folders, software, Excel sheets. Cross-selling and upselling products to increase purchase amount.
– Coordinating with the production team to ensure the right order moves forward and providing timely updates to clients.
– Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets/goals and preparing reports.
– Maintaining clients’ records, retargeting, and maintaining relationships with old clients.
– Participating in sales team meetings.
– Booking appointments with prospective clients and making cold calls.
