Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Dirix Digital located in Karāchi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales and customer service activities, including engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and offering solutions. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will provide training to customers on products and services, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, persuasion, and negotiation
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building
- Prior experience in sales and sales management, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in training and development, including the ability to design and deliver effective training programs
- Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and related technologies
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM and sales reporting systems
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
