Job Description
TechnoRIZ is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic International Sales team and provide exceptional services in the USA region. We are looking for energetic, personable, and considerate professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent and those with a bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, messages, chats, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
- Learn and assist in lead qualification and closing processes for our clients.
- Screen and evaluate new client inquiries through live online chats.
- Build strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities and achieve set sales targets within the assigned territory.
Experience: At least 1+ years in RSP OC & Upsell
Salary: $50K to $100K
Timings:
- 9:00 pm to 6:00 am
- 6:00 pm to 3:00 am Saturdays off
