Responsibilities:

• Handle Incoming Sales Leads:
• Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries promptly and professionally through different forums.
• Effectively qualify and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Performance:
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
• Provide product information and educate customers on our offerings.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within an international call center environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Familiarity with IT products/services is a plus.

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary: 50,00 PKR + 5% Commission Per Sale
