Position Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 3 years in an international call center environment

Trisun is a dynamic and growing software house. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Incoming Sales Leads:
- Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries promptly and professionally through different forums.
- Effectively qualify and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Performance:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Provide product information and educate customers on our offerings.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within an international call center environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Familiarity with IT products/services is a plus.
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: 50,00 PKR + 5% Commission Per Sale
