Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales Staff at Norzin Tours. The Sales Staff will be responsible for promoting and selling tour packages, providing excellent customer service, and handling inquiries from potential clients. This role is based in Islamabad but allows for some flexibility to work remotely.
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the tourism industry and destinations in Pakistan
- Experience in travel sales or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
