Job Description
The Sales Support Specialist will play a vital role in assisting our sales team and ensuring top-notch customer service. Responsibilities include handling web and phone inquiries, data entry tasks, and maintaining accurate records using NetSuite CRM. Initially, the Specialist will transfer calls to senior team members, gradually taking on more tasks as they progress in training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide initial assistance to customers before directing calls to sales reps.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Assistance:
- Support sales team with administrative tasks and data entry.
- Use NetSuite CRM to update customer records and sales data.
- Aid in preparing sales reports and presentations.
Training and Development:
- Participate in product training to deepen understanding.
- Handle more complex inquiries independently as training progresses.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, especially NetSuite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
