We are currently hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to head our cold calling team in the Sales & Marketing Division at B My Marketer. Our company specializes in offering comprehensive digital marketing solutions to clients across the USA, including Google My Business, SEO, Social Media Management, and Website Development.
As the Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead and inspire the cold calling team to achieve and surpass sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, monitoring team performance, providing regular feedback and training, and driving upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. They should have a proven track record in leading sales teams in the digital marketing industry, with a background in cold calling sales. A deep understanding of digital marketing services, including Google My Business, SEO, Social Media Management, and Website Development, is also required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are essential.
