Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time hybrid role for a Bark Sales Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, handling customer inquiries and issues, and analyzing sales data. This role is located in the Karachi Division and offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive sales
- Experience in team management and leading sales teams to success
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong client relationships
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed performance goals
