Job Description
Role Summary:
OLX is seeking a professional Sales Team Lead to oversee our expanding sales team. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, training new hires, implementing sales strategies, and managing customer queries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting team meetings to drive team targets.
- Providing trainings and sales demos for optimal performance.
- Developing innovative sales strategies.
- Monitoring team performance and maintaining records.
- Building customer relationships and supporting teams in doing the same.
- Preparing sales reports with Head of Sales.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of sales team leadership. Bachelor’s degree in business field required.
Skills Required:
- Prior experience in leading sales teams.
- Strong managerial and sales skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Capacity to handle sales targets and pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
