Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated sales lead to coordinate our sales teams, ensure the team’s sales quotas are met, and support the management. The sales lead will perform sales management.
To succeed as a sales team lead, you should have excellent sales and leadership skills and strong customer service skills. You should also have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the software sale cycle.
Sales Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections for local and international markets.
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
- Perform as a counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP and Microsoft Business Applications
- Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Preparing financial projections and sales targets
- Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
- Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
- Producing reports for management
- Training business developers and sales colleagues
- Working in a client’s business or in an office.
Sales Team Lead Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
- Experience in selling Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Cloud products
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the relevant field
- A drive to seek new business.
- Experience in Proposal writing and bidding.
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
