Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated sales lead to coordinate our sales teams, ensure the team’s sales quotas are met, and support the management. The sales lead will perform sales management.

To succeed as a sales team lead, you should have excellent sales and leadership skills and strong customer service skills. You should also have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the software sale cycle.

Sales Team Lead Responsibilities:

  • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections for local and international markets.
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
  • Perform as a counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP and Microsoft Business Applications
  • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
  • Preparing financial projections and sales targets
  • Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
  • Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
  • Producing reports for management
  • Training business developers and sales colleagues
  • Working in a client’s business or in an office.

Sales Team Lead Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Experience in selling Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Cloud products
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the relevant field
  • A drive to seek new business.
  • Experience in Proposal writing and bidding.
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
