Alpha Zest is an outbound call center located in Lahore, Pakistan. We specialize in providing high-quality, double-verified calls for campaigns such as ACA, MVA, and Diabetic. As experts in outbound calling, we aim to offer the best customer experience through our 24/7 service.
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for outbound calling to sell products or services, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role will also involve lead generation, database management, and reporting to the team leader.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in a call center environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
