Our highly skilled staff can quickly assess the caller’s requirements and direct them to the relevant department.
Role Description
The Sales Staff role is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore. The Sales Staff will be responsible for building relationships with clients and identifying potential sales opportunities, responding to customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and closing sales deals. The Sales Staff will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify trends.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer support
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English
