Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative and Dispatcher at Prime Logistics LLC. The Sales Representative and Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating assigned logistics operations, including dispatching and order taking. The Sales Representative aspect of the role will involve sales and marketing activities, such as identifying prospective clients and devising strategies to improve sales and revenue generation. The Dispatcher aspect of the role will involve coordinating and communicating with drivers/teams and creating shipment notes and dispatch logs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service and sales skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry skills
- Previous experience in sales, dispatching, or logistics management is preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or any relevant field is preferred but not required
