Job Description
Role Description:
This is a part-time commission-based remote role for a Sales Staff at Smart Gadgetry Store. The Sales Staff will be responsible for promoting and selling electronic products in the store or through phone calls or online channels. They will also provide technical support to customers with simple troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with PCs, Laptops, and their specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
- Basic technical knowledge of electronic devices and gadgets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
This role offers an opportunity for students to gain valuable work experience while contributing to the sales and technical support functions of the Smart Gadgetry Store in a remote capacity.
