Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Employee located in Rawalpindi. The Sales Employee’s primary responsibility will be to generate leads and close sales. The Sales Employee will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customers promptly and addressing their concerns. This role allows for flexibility to work remotely some days of the week in addition to working from the Rawalpindi office.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and lead generation in the B2B software industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Customer-focused approach to sales
- An understanding of software and technology sales is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
