Job Description
We are Premio Travels & Tours, actively seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will oversee daily sales operations, guide sales staff, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the sales team in meeting and exceeding goals.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance while providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and action plans.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
