Job Description
Joyland (Pvt) Ltd is excited to invite applications for the position of a friendly and well-groomed Receptionist cum Salon Helper (Female) to become part of our vibrant team. This role involves warmly welcoming clients and overseeing front desk operations to ensure a pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and oversee front desk activities.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the booking system.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Provide assistance during peak hours to support salon staff.
Requirements: Prior experience in customer service or a salon environment is preferred. Exceptional communication skills are essential for this position.
