Job Description

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for timely voice & non-voice contact & coordination between various insurance claim stakeholders, route mapping, documentation handling, and calendar management. This role requires quick resolutions, accurate updates of multiple platforms, and close follow-ups on open tasks. You must be able to adapt your approach to individual client preferences, daily workflow challenges, and growing project requirements. Initiative-takers will have access to various opportunities to expand their scope of abilities, responsibilities, and earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing claim information, retrieving & processing required data while resolving & escalating potential issues.
  • Mapping out the best routes & times for appointments as per client needs and quickly adjusting around changes.
  • Establishing prompt contact with the insured via multiple channels, gathering relevant details and responding to queries and complaints.
  • Updating all databases in their proper formats, ensuring accuracy & completeness of necessary fields.
  • Mailbox management and team collaboration in the distribution of tasks and notification of updates.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all information as per company and project regulations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written & verbal and the ability to quickly grasp technical terms. Heavy reading is involved.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented, with a high aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Sound IT skills are required in spreadsheets, text viewers & editors, communication applications, cloud management platforms, media players, and multi-tabbed browsing as well as the capacity to adopt new & more advanced systems.
  • Candidates with relevant background experience in customer support will be given preference.
  • Interest in architecture is a bonus.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required.
