Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Patient Appointment Coordinator to join our team in Karachi. This full-time position requires working on-site from 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST. The primary responsibilities include confirming patient appointments, rescheduling or canceling appointments as needed, following up on missed contacts, and making outbound calls for resupply confirmations. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for updating resupply dates as necessary.
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have prior experience in a call center environment (healthcare experience preferred), demonstrate strong communication skills, and be proficient in scheduling systems.
