Job Description
Job Timings: Mon – Fri 8 AM – 5 PM US CST time
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to lead agile projects across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include facilitating agile practices, team collaboration, and driving product development improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring efficient delivery of value.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
- Remove impediments and guide the team towards resolution.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-refined product backlog.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- Proficient in JIRA, strong communication skills.
- Certified Scrum Master preferred.
- Ability to work with remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in coaching teams and managing risks.
