Required Skills & Competencies:
- 3+ years proven experience in identifying scrum team gaps and guiding them to adopt new practices
- Capability in championing consistent application of scrum framework elements
- Experience coaching product owners in backlog management techniques
- Ability to teach, coach, and motivate stakeholders towards servant leadership
- Expertise in creating transparency using information radiators
- Strong verbal communication skills in conflict resolution and negotiation
- Influencing and facilitating key discussions
