Job Description
The Scrum Master is a key role in Agile software development. As the Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the Scrum team follows the Scrum framework and embraces Agile values and principles.
You will facilitate the team’s progress by removing any obstacles that might hinder productivity and supporting their self-organization. You will also be responsible for organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
As the Scrum Master, you will promote continuous improvement by coaching the Scrum team on Agile practices and facilitating discussions around process improvement. You will also collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the team understands and delivers the product vision.
