Job Description
About the Organization:
Pakistan Health Parliament (PHP), a social project of Harf, is a think tank and an advocacy platform working towards improving healthcare in Pakistan.
This position serves the Punjab Region, overseeing PHP’s activities in the province.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for PHP’s Punjab Region.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional office.
- Manage and develop a team of staff and volunteers.
- Build strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
- Lead research, policy making, and advocacy campaigns.
- Organize events to engage the public on health issues.
- Develop fundraising strategies for PHP’s Punjab activities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or relevant field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in healthcare or social organizations.
- Proven skills in policy development, advocacy, and program management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Urdu; Punjabi fluency a plus.
