Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Section Manager to join our Bakery team. As a Section Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery section, including managing a team of staff, ensuring high-quality product standards, and maximizing sales.
Your main responsibilities will include supervising and training staff, planning and organizing production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
