Job Description
We are currently recruiting for the position of Security & Admin Officer at Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our premises, employees, and visitors. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the security and safety of all personnel and assets
- Maintaining access control systems, including issuing visitor passes
- Monitoring surveillance cameras and responding to alarms or security breaches
- Identifying and resolving security risks and vulnerabilities
- Preparing and maintaining accurate security and incident reports
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence and filing documents
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
Requirements:
- Prior experience in security or relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of security procedures and practices
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using security equipment and systems
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
