Job Description
Position: Security Operations Center Supervisor

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
Experience: Proven supervisory experience within a Security Operations Center.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, incident response, and relevant technologies.
- Strong understanding of threat intelligence and best security practices.
- Preferred certifications like CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor security analysts, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Cultivate a collaborative team culture for enhanced SOC effectiveness.
- Develop and execute incident response procedures for timely security incident resolution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for unified incident response.
- Oversee security alert monitoring for prompt threat response.
- Analyze security data to mitigate vulnerabilities and threats.
- Optimize SOC security tools for maximum effectiveness.
- Conduct skill assessments and training programs.
- Maintain comprehensive security documentation.
- Generate and present SOC performance reports.
- Collaborate with partners and law enforcement for threat intelligence sharing.
