Job Description
People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan, currently seeking a Segment Head Sales & Services for our Karachi office. Responsible for B2B sales efforts, brand communication, and business development, the ideal candidate must display dynamic leadership, exceptional communication skills, and strong business acumen.
Job Role and Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the South Region.
- Prepare operational and financial reports.
- Manage and develop the sales team.
- Coordinate cross-selling and marketing initiatives.
- Create effective sales programs to enhance organizational perception.
- Prepare marketing, advertising, and sales plans.
- Compile data for strategic sales planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BBA/MBA degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years sales experience in service industry.
- B2B Sales experience in HR, Banking, or Software industry preferred.
- Candidates from Fintech Industry given preference.
