People is an international HR Services company in Pakistan seeking a Segment Head Sales & Services for our Karachi office. Responsibilities include B2B sales efforts, brand communication, business development, and yield strategies. Candidates must have strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the South Region
- Prepare sales reports and oversee sales team management
- Coordinate cross-selling initiatives
- Create effective sales programs
- Qualifications: BBA/MBA degree, 10+ years sales experience, B2B experience in HR, Banking, Software, or Insurance
