Job Description
People is an international HR Services company based in Pakistan, seeking a skilled Segment Head Sales & Services for our Karachi office. Responsibilities include leading B2B sales efforts, managing brand communication, and driving business development strategies. Ideal candidates should have a dynamic leadership style, strong communication skills, and a solid business acumen.
Job Role and Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Prepare sales reports and oversee team development.
- Coordinate cross-selling initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Create effective sales programs to enhance brand perception.
- Prepare marketing plans, budgets, and reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BBA/MBA degree or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of sales experience, preferably in HR or related industries.
- B2B sales experience in HR, Banking, or Software industry is a plus.
- Preferably from an HR Consultancy background.
