Job Description
People is an international HR Services company in Pakistan seeking a Segment Head Sales & Services for our Karachi office. The role involves managing B2B sales, brand positioning, business development, and strategic yield strategies. Candidates must have strong leadership, communication, and business skills.
Job Role and Duties:
- Develop sales strategies for the South Region.
- Prepare sales reports.
- Oversee sales team development.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives.
- Create effective sales programs.
- Prepare marketing and sales plans.
- Implement strategic sales plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BBA/MBA degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years sales experience.
- B2B HR, Banking, Software, or Insurance industry experience preferred.
- HR Consultancy background a plus.
