Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Real Estate Assistant with a solid background in the U.S. real estate market. As a Seller Outreach Coordinator at Kingdom Trip, your role will involve conducting cold calls, generating leads, and supporting acquisitions. Key responsibilities will include:
- Making daily outbound cold calls to motivated property sellers across the U.S.
- Following up on leads and fostering seller engagement
- Assisting in property price negotiations and closing transactions
- Maintaining accurate lead data within the CRM system
Qualifications include: a minimum of 2 years of U.S. real estate experience, fluent English, proficiency in Gohighlevel or similar tools, and reliable high-speed internet access.
Compensation: 45,00.00 PKR/month. Employment Type: Full-time. Work Location: Remote.
