Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, driving revenue generation, and building strong relationships with clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of account managers and ensuring the successful execution of client campaigns and projects
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders and acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of the advertising industry in Pakistan.
