Job Description
Link HR Consultants is seeking a meticulous Senior Accountant to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing month-end and year-end close processes, and overseeing accounting for property transactions.
Key responsibilities include maintaining thorough records of rental income and expenses, assisting in budget preparation, monitoring financial variances, and conducting financial modeling for real estate projects. Additionally, this role will provide support for audits, financial due diligence, and regulatory reporting.

Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 monthly
