Job Description
Ibex, for one of its client, is looking to hire a Senior API Support Analyst. Responsibilities include providing support with new integrations, onboarding new partners to the existing API platform, contributing to the maintenance of the knowledge base, handling system configuration, supervising ticketing systems, and more.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in CS, good communication skills, 1-3 years of experience in API onboarding and support, familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Postman, ability to troubleshoot API issues, and comfortable working in the APAC Time zone.
