Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Assistant Manager role, located in Lahore District. The Senior Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, organizing and delegating tasks, managing and resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Experience in the retail industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Experience working with inventory and point-of-sale systems
