Company Description:

Mazhar Shafi Textiles is a company based in the Lahore District, specializing in supplying dyed yarns for various textile products such as socks, towels, sweaters, knits, woven fabrics, and specialties. Our range of dyeing types includes reactive, disperse, and VAT dyeing, using yarn counts ranging from 6s to 80s. We also offer double yarns specifically designed for towels and socks. Our facility is fully modernized and equipped with state-of-the-art technology sourced from Europe.

To further enhance our vision of being a one-stop solution for customer needs, we are expanding into fabric production and garment manufacturing.

Role Description:

(Apparel division)

• This is a full-time Senior Assistant Manager Merchandising position, based in Lahore District, responsible for sourcing orders from both local and export markets.
• Managing outsourcing activities and closely monitoring costs/budgets for specific products.
• Ensuring consistent raw material reconciliation.
• Timely completion of sampling to generate orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering/Business Administration/Merchandising or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Merchandiser in an apparel setup or buying house.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage team members and make decisions.
• Comprehensive understanding of garments and fabrications.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
