Job Summary:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development and commercialization of cardio products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies, launch plans, and product lifecycle management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product launch plans for new cardio products, including market research, product positioning, and messaging.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay up to date on industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Work with R&D teams to ensure timely product development from ideation to commercialization.
• Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and successful product registrations.
• Create and manage product lifecycle plans, including forecasting, pricing strategies, and end-of-life planning.
• Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient groups.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product training and promotional programs.
• Monitor and report on product performance to optimize strategies.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

• Master’s degree in marketing or related field with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of the cardio market, including customer needs, competition, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in developing and launching successful cardio products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and forecasting.
