Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As the Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying business needs, analyzing requirements, and proposing solutions to enhance our organization’s overall performance.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of complex business problems and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze data, market trends, and industry insights to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
As a successful candidate, you should have a strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
