Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Lead to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agile BI strategies, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Create visually compelling dashboards using Metabase and Looker Studio, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
- Lead the design and maintenance of ETL pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and optimizing processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Perform thorough data analysis to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns supporting strategic decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with IT teams for successful solution implementation.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement in business processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex insights to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and manipulation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Timings: 10 am – 6 pm
