Job Description
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years in a software house or fintech
JOB ROLE:
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Oversee the end-to-end business analysis process for software projects.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
- Develop and implement effective requirements management processes.
- Identify and address project risks related to business requirements.
- Oversee quality assurance activities and participate in reviews.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies.
